Welcome to Mi Jardín ("Mi Jardín", "we", "our" or "the App"). By using the App, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Mi Jardín is an application for managing your garden. It enables plant identification and diagnosis with high accuracy. The services are designed to help users care for and maintain their garden effectively.
The App allows you to create an internal account to associate your data (plants, tasks, Community posts, settings, etc.). This account does NOT process payments or handle charges.
Important: Subscriptions (sign-up, cancellation, renewals, billing and refunds) are managed EXCLUSIVELY by Google Play (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS). Your Mi Jardín account only serves to store and sync data within the App. If you access your account on another device you can sync all data related to the plants you saved, but you will not be able to use Premium services (even if you were already subscribed), because these are managed by the app stores.
Premium subscriptions are contracted inside the App and processed by the store on your device:
Mi Jardín does not store card information or financial data. We only receive the data strictly necessary to validate your subscription status (for example, plan type and expiration date) to enable Premium features.
7-day free trial: when available, the subscription includes an initial trial period of seven (7) days. You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid charges. If you cancel after the billing cycle starts, you will retain Premium access until the end of the already paid period.
Renewals and cancellation: unless cancelled in advance, the subscription automatically renews at the end of each cycle (monthly or yearly) according to the store rules.
Refunds: refunds and chargebacks are requested directly from the store according to its policies:
• Google Play refund policy and Refund request workflow.
• Request a refund from Apple.
Possible revocation of Premium access: the App may lose Premium access if, for example: (a) you cancel the subscription; (b) the cycle expires and payment is not processed; (c) a refund or chargeback is granted; (d) fraud or abuse is detected; or (e) these Terms are breached. In such cases, Premium access can be revoked and the App will revert to its free version until the store confirms an active status again.

The Community exists to share gardening experiences respectfully and collaboratively. Please follow these rules:
Moderation, reporting and sanctions: you can report inappropriate content or behavior from within the App (when the option is available) or by writing to support. We may hide, edit or remove content, and suspend or ban accounts that violate these rules.
Some content (for example, recommendations or drafts) may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence models. Although we strive for high quality, such content may contain errors and should be verified before taking action.
Content published by users reflects personal opinions and experiences; we do not guarantee its accuracy and are not responsible for damages arising from its use.
The “Identify” and “Diagnose” functionalities rely on probability matches based on images and information provided by the user. Even though accuracy is high, incorrect identifications or suboptimal recommendations may occur.
Disclaimer: Mi Jardín assumes no liability for damages, losses or deterioration of plants resulting from the use of these functions. The user always has the final decision regarding their plant and is solely responsible for their actions.
We grant a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms. Use is prohibited for reverse engineering, large-scale data extraction, unauthorized commercial exploitation, or circumventing technical protection measures.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features (in whole or in part) for maintenance, security or operational reasons. We will do our best to minimize interruptions, but continuous availability is not guaranteed.
You may receive notifications via your mobile device or email related to the use of the App. These notifications may include, among others:
Managing notifications: you can enable or disable push notifications from the App settings or your device's notification settings. Email notifications can be turned off via the unsubscribe link included in each email.
By accepting these Terms, you provide your consent to receive such notifications. However, you can revoke this consent at any time using the options mentioned above.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mi Jardín is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee specific results. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the App.
We may update these Terms when necessary. The current version will be posted on this page with its update date. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
